What if....

... Kia were to reintroduce the Pride for 2020?

Top Gear Philippines recently posted an article on just that subject. After sharing the article to the Ford Festiva community one member decided to take it a step further.

From the Top Gear Philippines article

Considering that the Kia Pride, Mazda 121DA and Ford Festiva are essentially the same car with different trim it wasn't too much of a stretch to reimagine the Kia as a 2020 Ford Festiva!

George Rogers wasn't satisfied with just a four door version as presented in the Top Gear article, he produced a whole line of potential models.... Ford, are you paying attention? Here are a few of Ben's renderings....

The Festiva was only offered as a three door hatchback variant in North America but in other markets there were several others. Those included a five door wagon and a pickup truck! George decided that these deserved an update too...

What if Lincoln wanted to get in on the popularity of the Festiva and produced their own, luxury uptown version? I'm glad you asked because George has the answer! I present the Lincoln Consul...

All of the images above, except for the one from the original Top Gear Philippines article, were produced by Ben G. Rogers and presented with his permission.

Which of your favorite econoboxes would you like to see updated and reintroduced? We'd love to hear from you in the comments section below.
